Errors, Omissions, and Limitations

Our top priority is customer satisfaction and our goal is to always present product details as clearly and as accurately as possible. However, we're very much human and we make the occasional error. We reserve the right to correct any error at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to honor any orders, even after they are placed, which arise from any typographical, advertising, or other error. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this causes.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is free for all orders. At this time, we only ship within the United States. Most orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. We work closely with our delivery partners to ensure that packages are received in a timely fashion. Items which ship within the domestic contiguous United States have a delivery timeframe of 3-5 business days after the order has been processed and shipped. Items which are pre-orders have a delivery timeframe of 5-10 business days from the date your order is placedPre-order items will be clearly labeled on the product page. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details for your package.

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges

We want you to love what you buy. We expect you to use all of the information provided to select the correct size. We expect you to complete your order with the correct and complete billing and shipping information. We expect you to do your part to connect you with your items and you can expect that we'll do our part to connect you with your items. Life happens, we're all human, and we understand. Below are our general non-exhaustive terms regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Generally, returns are accepted on a case by case basis. If we messed up, you can ALWAYS return your item to us. If, for any other reason, you would like to return your purchase you must contact us before returning any products. Your return must be authorized or else it will not be accepted.

All sales are final. Unless of course, we messed up. We do not want you to pay for something that we messed up. Please contact us if you believe you need to be refunded.

All sales are final. If you would like to have your item in another color or size, you will have to place a new order for another color or size. If you do not want the item you ordered in the wrong color or size, you must contact us before sending it back.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. In addition, you are responsible for insuring and retaining any tracking information for returned items. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for lost returned items.

Yes, we can fulfill dropship orders. We offer competitive wholesale pricing. We offer volume discounts. AFTER you have created an account AND completed your first retail purchase we can discuss dropshipping, wholesale, and volume discounts.
